ADT rubber tiles, such as Classic, Nature etc. commercial rubber flooring, have good behavior of dimensional stability. People sometimes face the problems of the cross when install rubber flooring. If the dimensional stability is not that good, they will find that the rubber tiles are not square. It is hard to put them one by one in lines or in right way and lead terrible decoration effect when looking at it.

ADT rubber tiles, such as Classic stud rubber tiles,  don’t give you that problem. We leave the materials in a locked room where the temperature is always 23±2℃. Then we move the products out of the room and use accurate die cutting machine to do the cutting. Of course we check the cutting machines for several times when cutting. Those methods make sure the size and dimensional stability very well. Besides, we choose right fillers and right vulcanizing agents and right time and right temperature when producing.
